Cameron was polite, professional, prompt, and did a thorough clean-up after installation.  He also answered all our questions and explained proper care, maintenance, safety features, warranty, and the opener app.  I purchased a new door and opener with installation via Costco. I cannot fully describe how happy I am with the quality of the doors and the outstanding installation team led by CAMERON. Every detail was addressed and the doors are operating almost without any rattle or noise that we had with prior doors. CAMERON was meticulous in every detail of the install. Arthur was very pleasant and inspected my door. After some time, I asked about replacing the door. He was very helpful, and did not influence my decision one way or the other. Art and his associate contacted me to let me know they would arrive at the scheduled time, which is always a plus. Art identified the issue immediately and gave me options as to possible ways to handle things. One option was new doors, and that was by far the best option. When the spring on my 12 year old garage door opener broke, I called Jaydor. They suppled the door and opener and I have been very happy with them. The office was very helpful and went out of their way to schedule my repair quickly. The tech came on time and expertly fixed the door by replacing the spring while also replacing some worn parts like the cables. It didn’t take him long and now the door works like new. I can’t say enough good things about Jack and Jaydoor for coming out with a couple days of our garage door displaying concerning behavior. Jack quickly determined that a spring had cracked and offered a menu of repair options.
