Ian K9 October 2026We bought a garage door from Jaydor through the Costco partnership. In the few days between ordering and install, a tree fell on our house and we had to postpone the project. Jaydor checked in with me every few months to see if the house was rebuilt enough to complete the job. Vera was understanding and sympathetic to our situation. I never felt like they were pushing us to complete the install before the house was ready. It took almost 2 years to get to a place where we could finish this project, but the door is on and it looks amazing. Cameron did an install and tuning that has everything working perfectly. Amazing work from start to finish and I couldn't be more satisfied.Posted on Google

Teresa N5 October 2026We were having issues with our garage door not opening and called Jaydor. There was a bit of confusion about my appointment but the first tech (Warren) was apologetic about the mix-up and let us know what we needed to do. He took pictures and sent to management so they could bring out the right tech with the appropriate equipment. They were able to schedule someone in last minute (and after 3pm) to accommodate our work schedules. The second tech, Ken Springer, came through with all the right tools/equipment to fix our complicated garage set up. He was detail oriented and efficient. He was also friendly and didn't mind explaining what he was doing. Our door is all fixed! He let me test it as many times as I wanted which I appreciated. Would definitely use Jaydor again.Posted on Google
