Our technician arrived promptly, assessed the issues with both doors and was able to repair one on the spot, providing us with smoother, quieter operation. Unfortunately the second door opener was in need to replacement, he got it ordered, and we are on the schedule for replacement later in the week at our convenience. Excellent service, great communication. Would recommend to other neighbors and friends.
